All rates are for occupancy by one or two guests; a charge of $20 per night will apply for each additional guest. Special rates may apply during holidays and special events. During holidays and special events a minimum stay of up to 5 nights may be required. Maid service is daily, except Sundays and holidays. Smoking and pets are not allowed in any guest room.

DEPOSITS
A major credit card or cash deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. A deposit of one-third (1/3) of the reservation, but at least one night is required. The balance is payable upon arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.

CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are only refunded if cancellations are made a minimum of 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. However, 10% of the deposit will be retained as cancellation fee
